This one looks pretty rough.  I had to look twice at the number.  If it was 7414 I probably wouldn't care how rough it was.  ;) Seriously, I don't think he'll get $4500.  I actually haven't yet looked closely enough at it to have an opinion whether it's legit or not.

Yes, and that's the reason why I would even wonder if it's legit.  One of the zeros and the four on the VIN look funny (and I don't mean ha ha) to me.
