Hi to all, friend...

The work is in progress...



Tomorrow I will start with centering the rims in the Hubs, and then assembly the forks .

For this operations I bought progressive springs

Hi Puccio,

thank you very much for your very nice reply.
Good  idea, we will be for holiday at Camagnatico / Fulignano which is a very small village 20 KM north of Grossetto,
from the 10th of Aug. until the 23 thrd. of Aug. We stay at some kind of argiturismo there, which
is very  nice and private.
So it would be very nice, to meet there and spent some time and drink, eat and have fun.

Very nice work again, your progess is very fast.

great to hear. I have just returned from the anual meeting of the Germann CB Four Club at Edersee.
Unfourtunally it was very cold and rainy, but more than 250 members took place and met there

Hi Steve and thanks for the congratulations.

With the warm of summer is difficult to work...

in the last two week I reassembled the rims and checked the alignment.



After, I mounted the rims on the frame, for testing the front and rear alignment



For this test I used a old door and a meter. Sorry for the translation, do you understand?

I would explain the procedure, but for me is difficult translate very well.

I hope that the pictures work correctly.  :)

The alignement is correct and now is possible to mount the tires.

At the moment I want mount the clutch.
I used the special tool (but with very attention).



second step with dinamometric tool



impact driver for screw



and mounting the power lever



p.s.
to facilitate the screw and bolt removal, I apply (always) special grease.

Ciao  friends...

After a long  time,  I return here  ;D

Fortunatly the works on my byke continuing, and now I see the end.

During this time I did many works...

1)re anodizing the aluminium part to the handlebar,

2)mounting the winkers

3)mounting carburetors and air box

The most difficult work has been re anodizing the aluminium parts.
But to the end I am very satisfied.

the parts must be polished



this is the final result



VERY IMPORTANT:
the aluminium fusion of the pump is different respect to the others parts.
Infact the final result is different.
But i had an idea, I polished all the parts, and the result now is very good.

I am happy  :P

During polishing of the levers, I seen that these have a parts in transparent plastic.
How to replicate the transparent plastic ?
heat shrink tube (on Ebay, very low cost )

They look excellent.  Did you do the anodizing yourself?  What did you do about the pins in the halves of the handlebar controls?  I was told they would have to be removed before doing the anodizing.

I didn't know the problems for these pin.
So, after the treatment I saw that one pin was damaged.
Fortunately only one pin. I can remedy.

the treatment has been done  from a specialized company.
I was angry, but is possible to remedy.

With a restore you become more specialize in more sectors  :)

Today and tomorrow I assembly the seat and right and left covers.
